Royal99 reserves the right at any time to request proof of age and identity from any member. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe will result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at royal99. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious violation that will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses.

During the registration process, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information. Required details include your full name as per your MyKad, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. You are fully responsible for ensuring this information remains up to date.

Regarding account security, you are fully responsible for:

• Keep your password confidential and never share your login details with anyone.

• Notifying the Royal99 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Enabling the two-factor authentication (2FA) provided by the platform for an additional layer of security.

Royal99 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Royal99 supports a range of local payment methods including FPX bank transfers, e-wallets, and interbank transfers (IBG). All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit limit is RM 30 per transaction.

• Request from a competent legal authority.

For accounts terminated due to a breach of terms, Royal99 reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses, promotional credits, and associated wins. Royal99 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Loss or damage to data resulting from technical failures or cyberattacks despite our having taken appropriate security measures.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers or game providers.
• User negligence in maintaining the security of their own account.
• Game outcomes deemed unfavourable by a member but determined fairly by a certified RNG system.

Under no circumstances shall Royal99's total liability to any member exceed the actual deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
